Cheese Burst Cheela Recipe

Hello, everyone! Today I'm going to share a recipe that will make you drool. I have invented it's name all by my self and its called "Cheese Burst Cheela". ;) Did you hear about it anytime earlier? I'm pretty sure you haven't because as I told you it's a new recipe. And I'm documenting it specially for moms too who always juggle to make something healthy, nutritious, quick, and fulfilling recipe for their kiddos specially in the morning and/or in the evening snack time.

So without any further ado lets get started with the recipe now. :)

Ingredients:

Semolina (Rava)- 1 cup
Wheat flour- 1/4 cup
Paneer- 100gm
Curd- 1 cup
Cabbage- 1 cup finely chopped
Cauliflower- 1 cup finely chopped
Capsicum- 1/2 cup finely chopped
Ginger- 1 inch piece (grated)
Green Coriander- 1-2 tsp finely chopped
Green Chilly- 1 finely chopped
Refined oil- for roasting cheela
Red mustard seeds (Rai)- 1/2 tsp

Directions:

Preparation-

Take crumbled paneer, semolina and curd in a mixer jar and whisk really well. Add wheat flour and some water to the grinder and churn again until everything is mixed well.

Making-

Transfer the batter in a bowl and add the following ingredients into it- cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, green chilly, salt, ginger, and fresh green coriander. Mix everything really well.
Batter for making cheela is now ready. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or tawa.
Pour some oil over the tawa and spread it evenly with a paper towel or cotton cloth. Sprinkle 1 pinch mustard seeds over the tawa.
Now pour 1-2 tsp batter on the tawa and spread it evenly into circular motion, keeping it little thick. Cover the pan with lid and cook the cheela for 2-3 minutes. Keep the flame medium. Check after 3 minutes.
When the cheela turns red from beneath, flip the side and let it roast from the other side as well until it gets golden brown spots.
Take off the roasted cheela from pan or tawa and stack it up on a plate or a casserole. Repeat the process until the whole batter is used.

Serving:

Serve these lip smacking cheesy sooji paneer cheelas pipping hot with side accompaniment of any Indian dip or chatney like green coriander chatney, coconut chatney, mint chatney or tomato sauce.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:)
